Science as a whole, evolved from very ancient time. If we look at the history of science and scientific method then we come to know how science has evolved through various obstacles and hindrance. The various scientists like Newton who invented the law of gravitation, Archimedes who invented the laws, on the basis of which the present day aircraft are functioning.

In the field of Biology Watson and Crick who invented the double helix model of DNA, were the turning point of the present molecular biology and bioinformatics and later on it give rise to the development of the central dogma of molecular biology. In the progress of science the main obstacles comes from religion and various superstitions which are very dominantly prevailing in the society.

Their approach was in no way associated with reality and the principle which were working behind the occurrence of various natural and physical phenomena. On the other hand Science explained various phenomena with logical reasoning and systematic approach, culminated with testing and experimentation. In this regard the scientific equipment like physical balance, electron microscope, voltmeter etc has proved terrifically in disclosing various phenomena of nature.
